FPT opens new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

FPT expects the new office to make an important contribution to improving production and consulting capacity, meeting the growing demand of customers for new technology, especially AI technology. FPT has just officially opened its second office in Kuala Lumpur, aiming to strengthen the Company's presence in the region and globally, thereby expanding access to major customers. FPT's new office is located on the 9th floor of the Grade A building Menara Hapseng 3, Jalan P Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's special economic zone and high-tech business district. The company expects the new office to make an important contribution to improving production and consulting capacity to meet the growing demand for new technology, especially AI technology - the technology that is being integrated into all products and solutions of the Made by FPT Ecosystem, while expanding cooperation opportunities with customers in the fields of energy, finance - banking - insurance (BFSI), healthcare and manufacturing in the region and globally.

FPT officially opens second office in Malaysia to expand market

FPT currently has 1,250 employees participating in implementing projects for the Malaysian market. The company plans to add 300-500 experts to this market in the coming time to better meet customer needs and promote innovation in key areas. According to Mr. Nguyen Khai Hoan, Deputy General Director and Chief Financial Officer of FPT Software - a member company in charge of information technology services for foreign markets of FPT Corporation, over the past 10 years, FPT has had a strong presence in the Asia- Pacific region. The new office in Kuala Lumpur serves as a regional digital transformation service center, and is one of the important launching pads, promoting the Company's expansion efforts globally. "We are excited to take advantage of the vibrant business environment of MSC Malaysia to promote growth and innovation for FPT customers in the region and on a global scale," said Mr. Nguyen Khai Hoan. Meanwhile, speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Malaysia Dinh Ngoc Linh said that FPT’s presence in Malaysia is not only a business investment but also a testament to the spirit of cooperation and innovation that shapes the bilateral relationship between the two countries. “Today, we are witnessing a typical example of how Vietnamese enterprises are contributing to the economic and technological progress of the region,” shared Vietnamese Ambassador Dinh Ngoc Linh, once again emphasizing that FPT’s success in Malaysia is an inspiration for deeper cooperation between Vietnam and Malaysia. “Together, we can achieve great things, promote innovation and create more opportunities for the people of both countries,” said Ambassador Dinh Ngoc Linh.
