For the first time, Phu Quoc has reached a record of 38-39 international flights per day. The hotel system, entertainment areas, and tourist attractions here have recorded a sudden increase in the number of visitors.

Since the first day of the Lunar New Year holiday on January 25 (December 26 of the lunar calendar), Phu Quoc has witnessed extremely positive signals from domestic and foreign tourists.

According to the Kien Giang Department of Tourism, the increase in international visitors has helped the total tourism revenue in the locality increase sharply, reaching over 152 billion VND on January 25 and estimated to reach over 160 billion VND on January 26.

Evaluating tourist services during the 2025 Lunar New Year, the leader of Kien Giang Department of Tourism said that agencies, units, localities and businesses have actively upgraded and renewed service products.
