- On April 28, the Representative Office of the Center for Vietnamese History and TraditionEducation in Lang Son organized a meeting to honor historical witnesses on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

At the meeting, the delegates reviewed the tradition, affirmed the significance, stature, historical value and the sacrifices and contributions of generations of fathers and brothers to create the great victory of spring 1975. Historical witnesses, those who directly participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975 shared stories of participating in the struggle for national independence, contributing to the great victory of spring 1975, completely liberating the South, and unifying the country.

On this occasion, 40 individuals were awarded certificates of honor and Uncle Ho badges by the Director of the Center for Education on Vietnamese Traditions and History, including 5 individuals awarded certificates of honor for "Total Victory in Spring 1975"; 27 individuals awarded certificates of honor for three good deeds: "Good at resistance, good at nation building and rich in humanity"; 6 individuals awarded certificates of honor for "For the cause of educating the nation's historical traditions"...

The Center for Vietnamese Traditional and Historical Education belongs to the Vietnam Association of Educational Psychology. The representative office of the Center for Vietnamese Traditional and Historical Education in Lang Son was established in 2022. Currently, the office has 10 members, with the function of propagating and educating historical traditions, arousing national pride in the younger generation; organizing meetings, honoring and showing gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolution, historical witnesses, demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".
