We had a sharing session with the man in the livestream, Mr. Nguyen Dat Thuc, Director of Trung Thuc Land Joint Stock Company located in Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.

Fifth , have your own customer base. With 10 years of experience working and starting a business in the marketing field, currently managing an MMO community for online sales and online advertising services, Mr. Thuc has a separate customer base. That is young people doing online business.

" Their cash flow is still very good, even though the economy is more difficult than previous years. They have three characteristics: young, talented, and decisive. Although they are young, born in 1999 - 2000, they make the decision to buy a piece of land worth 300 - 400 million VND very quickly. GenZ people have a lot of money to invest, " Mr. Thuc shared.

It is known that Trung Thuc Land is not a unit specializing in residential land business, the two main segments of the company are resort real estate (Hoa Binh, Yen Bai) and industrial real estate. But in difficult times, the whole market freezes, forcing businesses to be flexible, think of ways to survive and have operating cash flow.

Mr. Thuc thinks that the difficult situation will take about 2 years and resort real estate is the last segment to recover after land, townhouses, industrial park real estate, etc. In that situation, businesses and managers must be flexible and adaptable, and cannot wait to close or dissolve the company?
