World coffee prices
Early morning of December 14 (Vietnam time), on the London floor, the price of Robusta coffee for delivery in January 2025 was at 5,194 USD/ton, up 33 USD/ton compared to early morning yesterday. The price for delivery in March 2025 increased by 51 USD/ton, trading at 5,152 USD/ton. The price for delivery in May 2025 was at 5,095 USD/ton, up 53 USD/ton.
Meanwhile, the price of Arabica coffee on the New York floor for delivery in March 2025 was trading at 321 cents/lb, up 1 cent/lb compared to yesterday's trading level. The price of delivery in May 2025 increased by 2 cents/lb, trading at 319 cents/lb.

Domestic coffee prices
Domestic coffee prices today recorded a simultaneous increase in all localities, trading at 122,000 - 124,000 VND/kg.
Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is trading at 124,000 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday's trading session.
In Lam Dong, today's coffee price is purchased at 122,700 VND/kg, an increase of 700 VND/kg compared to 1 day ago.
Coffee price today in Gia Lai is trading at 124,000 VND/kg, up 1,000 VND/kg compared to the previous trading session.
In Dak Nong, coffee prices today recorded an increase of 1,000 VND/kg, trading at 124,200 VND/kg.
Coffee exports from South America increased by 12.4% in October to 6.7 million bags, surpassing the previous record of 6.6 million bags in November 2020. Leading the region was Brazil, with a 13.2% increase in exports to more than 4.9 million bags, a record. Colombia also contributed significantly with a 15% increase in exports to more than 1 million bags, thanks to a 15.7% increase in October coffee production to more than 1.3 million bags.
In Central America and Mexico, coffee exports in October increased by 8.8% to 0.5 million bags. Mexico recorded a strong increase of 27.2% to 0.24 million bags, while Guatemala saw a significant decline, with exports down 27.8% to 87,100 bags.
October also saw impressive growth in coffee exports from the African region, reaching a growth rate of 31.9%, equivalent to more than 1.4 million bags. Ethiopia was the main contributor to this growth, with a 62.4% increase, reaching 0.6 million bags, noting that this was the 11th consecutive month of export growth for Ethiopia, marking an important milestone.
