Northern region
The price of live pigs today (January 13, 2025) in the Northern region is recorded to remain stable in some provinces and cities as yesterday (January 12).
Currently, the price of live pigs in the region is fluctuating between 68,000 - 70,000 VND/kg. The Northern region is noted to have many provinces and cities with the highest price of live pigs in the country at 70,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region
Similarly, the price of live pigs today (January 13, 2025) in the Central Highlands region recorded no adjustment. Currently, the price of live pigs in the Central Highlands region fluctuates between 67,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.
Of which, Lam Dong and Thanh Hoa provinces have the highest live pig price in the region at 69,000 VND/kg. The remaining provinces have live pig prices ranging from 66,000 - 67,000 VND/kg.
Southern region
The price of live pigs in the Southern region today (January 13, 2025) continues to record a flat trend in the provinces and cities. Currently, the price of live pigs in the Southern region is fluctuating between 66,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.
In particular, live pigs in Kien Giang, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh. In Can Tho, Soc Trang, the transaction price is the same at 69,000 VND/kg. Next, in Ca Mau and Ben Tre provinces, the price of live pigs reached 68,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities maintained the price at 66,000 to 67,000 VND/kg.
In general, the live hog market today is flat in all three regions of the country. Many provinces and cities still maintain the highest pork price in the country at 70,000 VND/kg. Surveys show that live hogs nationwide are being traded at around 66,000 - 70,000 VND/kg.
