SJC gold bar and gold ring prices continue to increase

(NLDO) – Gold price continues to increase today, SJC gold bar price approaches 85 million VND/tael.

On the morning of December 27, SJC Gold Company listed the buying price of SJC gold bars at 82.7 million VND/tael and the selling price at 84.7 million VND/tael, an increase of 200,000 VND/tael compared to yesterday. This is the second day that the price of gold bars has increased.

The price of SJC gold bars has a significant difference between businesses and commercial banks. In which, the highest selling price is 84.7 million VND/tael, while in the buying direction, Mi Hong Company,ACB Bank increased to 84 million VND/tael; Eximbank, Sacombank, PNJ Company, DOJI bought around 82.3 - 82.7 million VND/tael.

Gold price continues to increase today

Not only gold bars, the price of gold rings and jewelry of all kinds also increased. SJC Company bought plain gold rings at 82.7 million VND/tael, sold at 84.5 million VND/tael, an increase of 200,000 VND/tael compared to yesterday. This is also the second consecutive day of increase in the price of gold rings.

PNJ, DOJI , and Mi Hong companies sell plain gold rings for around 84.7 million VND/tael, while the buying price between businesses has a difference of about 1 million VND, ranging from 83.3 to 83.9 million VND/tael.

In the international market, after the Christmas holiday, the gold price today was traded around 2,629 USD/ounce, stable compared to the previous session. Notably, the world gold price remained stable despite the 10-year US bond yield reaching 4.6%, the highest in the past 7 months, and the USD index remaining strong. Currently, the USD index is trading at 107.9 points, maintaining a high level in recent years.

World gold price converted at listed exchange rate is about 81 million VND/tael.
