SJC gold bar price is traded by SJC Company at 81 million VND/tael for buying, 84 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of 500,000 VND/tael compared to the weekend.

Similarly, the price of gold rings and jewelry gold also increased sharply again. SJC Company listed the price of 99.99 gold rings at VND80.5 million/tael for buying and VND83 million/tael for selling, a sharp increase of VND700,000 per tael compared to the end of the week.

PNJ Company bought gold rings at 81.4 million VND/tael and sold at 83 million VND/tael. DOJI Group bought gold rings at 81.4 million VND/tael and sold at 82.7 million VND/tael.

Thus, the price of SJC gold bars is about 3.9 million VND/tael higher than the international gold price.

Gold prices edged up this morning after falling sharply last week, as the dollar’s ​​rally paused, while market participants awaited comments from Federal Reserve officials this week for further clues on the path of US interest rates.

The dollar was flat after rising 1.6% last week. A weaker dollar makes bullion cheaper for buyers holding other currencies.

" Gold prices are expected to recover slightly after the recent sharp sell-off and we can expect prices to move higher as the dollar takes a turn. We can expect less dovish language from US policymakers in December, as the Fed prepares for a possible rate cut in January. This is not yet fully priced in by the market, so any correction in demand could still be a headwind for gold ," said IG market strategist Yeap Jun Rong.

At least seven U.S. central bank officials are scheduled to speak this week. Strong U.S. economic and inflation data continue to reshape the debate among Fed policymakers over the pace and extent of rate cuts, as investors last week further lowered their expectations for a December rate cut.
