Responding to the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind", the movement "Joining hands to build a poor and poor community nationwide in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister, with the attention and direction from the Central to the province, the City, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hung Dao commune focused on directing resolutely, with the highest political determination. In the period of 2021 - 2025, 29 households in the commune received housing support, including 16 newly built houses and 13 repaired houses, with a total implementation cost of more than 1.68 billion VND. In addition to the supported budget, the commune mobilized 649 million VND and over 200 working days; mobilized the team of commune officials, civil servants and units and enterprises located in the area to support sand, bricks, cement and water tanks, toilet equipment; units under the Provincial Police supported more than 100 million VND, at the same time, sent officers and soldiers to help households dismantle houses and transport furniture; people contributed more than 30 million VND and hundreds of working days, supporting households during the construction process...

Leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Dao commune awarded certificates of merit to collectives with many contributions in implementing the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the commune.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Hung Dao commune awarded certificates of merit to 22 collectives and 6 individuals who have made many contributions to the implementation of the program to support XNT and NDN in the commune.
