Accordingly, there are 33 accommodation and travel establishments in Vung Tau City and the districts of Xuyen Moc, Long Dien, Dat Do, and Con Dao that have discount programs and promotions of 20-65% off services, food and beverage services, and room rates from now until December 31, 2024.
In addition, some accommodation establishments also offer free room upgrades on weekdays, and free shuttle buses from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau and vice versa. Many businesses also offer deep discounts on services such as food and beverage, entertainment, hall and stage rentals, etc. until the end of the first quarter of 2025.
The Department of Tourism of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said that in order to attract tourists to the locality, the Department has announced 233 areas, destinations and 54 intra-provincial tours in most localities of the province.
Mr. Trinh Hang, Director of the Department of Tourism of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, said that along with the low season stimulus programs, the tourism industry has connected with the Central Highlands, South Central, Southwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City to include tours to bring visitors to Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
"There will be 9 more tours connecting Ba Ria - Vung Tau with Ho Chi Minh City. We expect there will be more than 9 tours, to better connect with Ho Chi Minh City to welcome visitors, especially during the current low season. After these tours and routes are announced, travel businesses will use them to build specific prices and offer product packages to stimulate tourism," Mr. Hang added.
