New Year's Eve, Can Tho fireworks at 4 locations

On December 13, news from the People's Committee of Can Tho City said that on the eve of the Lunar New Year 2025, the city will organize fireworks displays at 4 locations.

Specifically, high-altitude fireworks will be launched at 0:00 on January 28 (29th of Lunar New Year - no 30th) at Hoa Su Restaurant (Cai Khe Ward, Ninh Kieu District). Low-altitude fireworks will be launched at 22:00 at 3 locations: Phan Van Tri Park (Nhon Loc 2 Hamlet, Phong Dien Town, Phong Dien District); Thoi Lai District Square area (Thoi Thuan B Hamlet, Thoi Lai Town, Thoi Lai District); Vinh Thanh District People's Committee Square area (Vinh Tien Hamlet, Vinh Thanh Town, Vinh Thanh District).

Can Tho City residents enjoy watching fireworks on New Year's Eve

At this time, Can Tho City is busy preparing to implement many activities to celebrate the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025. Among them, there is an art flower street with a total length of nearly 2 km (from the intersection of 30.4 - Tran Van Hoai Street to the front of Can Tho City People's Committee). The art flower street is expected to be held on Vo Van Tan - Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District). The 2025 spring flower market will be held at Tay Do Square - Can Tho, Urban Area 586 (Phu Thu Ward, Cai Rang District). The expected scale is over 200 lots, stalls displaying and trading ornamental flowers, ornamental plants, bonsai of gardeners, farmers, and small traders in Can Tho City and the provinces of the Mekong Delta. In particular, gardeners and traders participating in the spring flower market are exempted from rent, electricity and water.
