Can Tho Lottery makes "huge" profits, spending more than 2,600 billion VND to pay prizes to customers

(Dan Tri) - In the first 9 months of 2025, Can Tho Lottery Company recorded revenue of VND 5,360 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 793 billion and paid VND 2,608 billion to more than 4,300 winning customers.

On October 17, Can Tho Lottery Company Limited announced its business performance report for the first 9 months of 2025 with many notable indicators.

According to the report, in the first 9 months of the year, Can Tho Lottery Company recorded issuance revenue of 5,360 billion VND, equivalent to 72.43% of the yearly plan. Average issuance revenue per period reached 137.43 billion VND.

In 9 months, the company also paid 2,608 billion VND to 4,324 customers, of which 571 tickets won the special prize. This payment increased by 111.69% compared to the same period in 2024. The company's sales revenue also reached 5,360 billion VND, an increase of 112.61% compared to the same period in 2024.

In terms of profit, the whole company achieved 793 billion VND in pre-tax profit, exceeding 106.08% of the yearly plan (748 billion VND).

In particular, Can Tho Lottery Company has paid 2,200 billion VND to the industry budget, reaching 102.33% of the yearly plan. If other taxes are included, the total budget payment in 2025 is estimated to reach 2,450 billion VND.

In addition to traditional lottery tickets, the business activities of the company's affiliated units also recorded many positive results.
