From a small restaurant to a multi-industry ecosystem

Da Hop's journey began in 2006 in Hoa Binh , when the company was still Da Hop Trading Company Limited, operating mainly in the field of high-end restaurants and hotels. But only four years later, in August 2010, the company transformed its model into a joint stock company, opening a strategic turning point with the orientation of investment in construction, real estate, industrial infrastructure, education...

According to Ms. Vu Thi Hop - General Director of the Company, this is truly a leap forward in long-term development thinking, anticipating the trend of urbanization and industrialization.

It is known that, in her position as General Director, Ms. Hop has led Da Hop to gradually diversify its business lines, continuously expand its investments, but still maintain a consistent operating philosophy: "Taking people as the center, developing based on sustainable values".

The business operates according to ESG (environment - society - governance) standards, considering digital transformation as a core foundation. KPI, ERP, SP365, Microsoft 365, OneDrive systems are integrated to streamline processes, increase productivity and enhance internal transparency.

Without being ostentatious, the businesswoman chose to let the results speak for themselves. She saw business as a spreading ecosystem: Where there is good infrastructure, jobs will be attracted; where there are jobs, there will be a need for housing, schools, clean water, and stable energy. From there, Da Hop not only invests to make a profit, but also invests to create living values.

The name Da Hop is associated with a series of key projects in the southern region of the province, contributing to shaping the appearance of urban and industrial development.

In the field of construction and real estate investment, the enterprise has implemented many key infrastructure projects in Hoa Binh ward. The industrial park on the left bank of the Da River with a total capital of 270 billion VND attracts FDI capital from Meiko, Bandai (Japan), Long Binh (Korea)..., invested in 22kV and 35kV power systems, ensuring stable and safe power supply.

Regarding residential infrastructure, the Suoi Dung Residential - Resettlement Area project with a scale of 7.2 hectares and an investment capital of 470 billion VND provides residential land for 140 resettled households and 180 commercial lots, meeting the housing needs and increasing budget revenue. The Tien Tien Industrial Cluster with a scale of 70 hectares and an investment capital of 550 billion VND is oriented to welcome high-tech industries such as new materials, biology, energy, IT and electronic components. In addition, the Tien Tien Industrial Service - Worker Housing project with a scale of 12 hectares and an investment capital of 480 billion VND provides accommodation for about 10,000 workers. The Tien Tien Industrial Cluster also has a power supply system and a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 m3/day and night, applying physical-chemical and biological technology to protect the environment.

In the field of education , Da Hop Inter-level School serves 750 students from kindergarten to junior high school, operating according to the philosophy of happy education, approaching international standards in an environment rich in cultural identity. This is a long-term social security infrastructure, contributing to improving the quality of local human resources.

Regarding clean water, Da Hop Water Plant has a capacity of 12,000m3/day and night, an investment capital of 70 billion VND, operating since 2017, applying modern Italian technology, providing water that meets the Ministry of Health 's type A standards. The plant is like an important infrastructure "link" for people's lives and attracting secondary investment.

The series of projects shows that Da Hop's competitive advantage is master planning, technology standards, progress and digital risk management. Ms. Vu Thi Hop is considered the "soul" of the enterprise, directly coordinating the portfolio, resources, legal and construction, ensuring safety and environment.

In parallel with investment, Da Hop complies with the law, tax obligations, insurance and employee welfare, builds a 36-member Party Committee, 2 Party cells and a dynamic Trade Union, fosters a "Win - Win Partnership" culture of mutual benefit, and spreads the spirit of creativity and responsibility throughout the system.

Kindness and noble rewards

If courage helps Ms. Vu Thi Hop steer the Da Hop boat, then a compassionate heart is the flame that maintains the faith and mission of the community.

Over the years, she has awarded long-term scholarships to dozens of students in difficult circumstances, following them from grade 10 through university with the goal of not only providing material support but also giving them the opportunity to change their lives through education.

As a member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs (VAWE), and interim Vice President of the Phu Tho Province Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Ms. Hop actively organizes training, trade connections, policy dialogues, promotes OCOP products and develops women's businesses.

In particular, in 2024, she and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of the former Hoa Binh province mobilized over 2.3 billion VND for social security programs, supporting disadvantaged women and children, building charity houses, awarding scholarships, crime prevention funds, organizing Mid-Autumn Festival for children...

With her persistent efforts and contributions, Ms. Vu Thi Hop and Da Hop Trading Joint Stock Company have been honored with a series of noble awards: Emulation Flag of the Government, Certificate of Merit of Vietnam Social Security, Typical Enterprise of the province, Typical Entrepreneur, Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Association of Former Teachers..., and many certificates of merit from departments and branches.

In particular, in 2025, she was proposed to be awarded the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose", a worthy testament to her journey of constant efforts.
