From a small restaurant to a diversified ecosystem

Dạ Hợp's journey began in 2006 in Hòa Bình , when the company was still Dạ Hợp Trading Co., Ltd., primarily operating in the high-end restaurant and hotel sector. However, just four years later, in August 2010, the company transformed into a joint-stock company, marking a strategic turning point with an investment focus on construction, real estate, industrial infrastructure, education, and more.

According to Ms. Vu Thi Hop, the company's General Director, this truly represents a leap forward in long-term development thinking, anticipating the trends of urbanization and industrialization.

It is known that, in her capacity as General Director, Ms. Hop has led Da Hop to gradually diversify its business sectors and continuously expand investments, while maintaining a consistent management philosophy: "Putting people at the center, developing based on sustainable values."

The company operates according to ESG (environmental, social, and governance) standards, considering digital transformation as its core foundation. KPI, ERP, SP365, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive systems are integrated to streamline processes, increase productivity, and enhance internal transparency.

She viewed business as a ripple effect: where there is good infrastructure, it attracts jobs; where there are jobs, there is a need for housing, schools, clean water, and stable energy. The name Dạ Hợp is associated with a series of key projects in the southern part of the province, contributing to shaping the urban and industrial development landscape.

In the construction and real estate investment sector, the company is implementing many key infrastructure projects in Hoa Binh ward. The industrial park on the left bank of the Da River, with a total investment of 270 billion VND, has attracted FDI from Meiko, Bandai (Japan), Long Binh (Korea), etc., and has been invested in with 22kV and 35kV power systems, ensuring stable and safe electricity supply.

Regarding residential infrastructure, the Suoi Dung Residential and Resettlement Area project, covering 7.2 hectares with an investment of 470 billion VND, provides housing for 140 resettled households and 180 commercial plots, meeting housing needs and increasing budget revenue. The Tien Tien Industrial Cluster, covering 70 hectares with an investment of 550 billion VND, is oriented towards attracting high-tech industries such as new materials, biotechnology, energy, IT, and electronic components. In addition, the Tien Tien Industrial Housing and Service Project, covering 12 hectares with an investment of 480 billion VND, provides accommodation for approximately 10,000 workers. The Tien Tien Industrial Cluster also has a power supply system and a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day, applying physico-chemical and biological technologies to protect the environment.

In the field of education , Da Hop Inter-level School serves 750 students from preschool to junior high school, operating according to the philosophy of happy education, approaching international standards in an environment rich in cultural identity. This is a long-term social welfare infrastructure that contributes to improving the quality of local human resources.

Regarding clean water, the Dạ Hợp Water Treatment Plant, with a capacity of 12,000 m3/day and an investment of 70 billion VND, has been operational since 2017. It utilizes modern Italian technology and supplies water that meets the Ministry of Health 's Class A standards. The plant serves as a crucial infrastructure link for the lives of residents and attracts secondary investment.

The series of projects demonstrates Da Hop's competitive advantages: master planning, technological standards, timelines, and digital risk management. Ms. Vu Thi Hop is considered the "soul" of the enterprise, directly coordinating the portfolio, resources, legal aspects, and construction, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

Alongside investment, Da Hop adheres to the law, tax obligations, insurance, and employee welfare, builds a Party Committee of 36 members, 2 branches, and a dynamic Trade Union, fostering a "Win-Win Partnership" culture that benefits both sides, and spreading a spirit of creativity and responsibility throughout the entire system.

Compassion and noble rewards

If courage helped Ms. Vu Thi Hop steer the Da Hop ship, then her compassionate heart is the flame that sustains her faith and mission for the community.

Over the years, she has awarded long-term scholarships to dozens of underprivileged students, supporting them from grade 10 through university with the goal of not only providing material assistance but also giving them the opportunity to change their lives through education.

As a member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association (VAWE) and the interim Vice President of the Phu Tho Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, Ms. Hop actively organizes training, business networking, policy dialogues, promotes OCOP products, and develops women-owned businesses.

In particular, in 2024, she and the former Hoa Binh Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association mobilized over 2.3 billion VND for social welfare programs, supporting disadvantaged women and children, building charitable houses, awarding scholarships, establishing a crime prevention fund, and organizing Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations for children...

Thanks to her persistent efforts and contributions, Ms. Vu Thi Hop and Da Hop Trading Joint Stock Company have been honored with a series of prestigious awards: the Government's Emulation Flag, Certificates of Merit from Vietnam Social Security, Outstanding Enterprise of the province, Outstanding Entrepreneur, Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Association of Retired Teachers, and many certificates of commendation from various departments and agencies.

In particular, in 2025 she was nominated for the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose," a well-deserved testament to her relentless efforts.
