From the early years of the revolution, when education was still lacking, to the years of war, many schools were destroyed by bombs and bullets, countless teachers still persevered in teaching in thatched huts, in basements. Many people fell on the path of carrying out the mission of "cultivating people", but the flame of love for the profession never went out, because teachers always kept in mind Uncle Ho's teachings: "No matter how difficult it is, we must continue to compete to teach well - study well" . Over the years, the emulation movement "Teach well - Study well" has become the breath and rhythm of life of every school and every teacher in Ha Tinh.

Teacher Le Huy Chinh - a teacher with 18 years of experience at Son Kim 2 Primary School (Son Kim 2 Commune) shared: "What makes us steadfastly stick with this profession is the spirit of overcoming difficulties and the love of learning of our students. It reminds us to try harder to make more contributions to the cause of spreading knowledge in difficult areas."

From the orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training , the province's plan of the industry on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation... many schools have put into use electronic contact books, digital report cards, e-learning lectures, smart interactive boards, online student management software... To implement these contents well, teachers have been diligently innovating methods, constantly researching, learning, studying, creating, improving digital capacity to keep up with the times. Many teachers have designed online lectures, used simulation software, combined ChatGPT, Canva, Quizizz, Padlet... in teaching to maximize the potential of technology in lectures.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of My Chau Secondary School (Mai Phu Commune) shared: "In recent years, the school has promoted the movement of innovating methods and applying information technology to teaching, creating a very clear change in each class hour. Thanks to the application of technology, lessons become more vivid and intuitive, students can watch videos, experience simulations, explore knowledge for discussion and debate. Nguyen Thai Bao Khanh, a student of class 12D1 at Phan Dinh Phung High School (Thanh Sen Ward), shared: “We feel extremely excited when participating in creative lessons that apply technology such as digital lectures, online exercises or group discussions through learning platforms... Such lessons not only help us access knowledge in a more vivid and understandable way, but also train our thinking, cooperation and technology skills. Thanks to that, we become much more active and confident.”

Along with the education of the whole country, Ha Tinh education today is facing great opportunities when the Party and the Government pay special attention to a series of new policies. That is the direction on building inter-level boarding schools in the border communes; the Law on Teachers will officially take effect from January 1, 2026, bringing many positive changes, demonstrating the deep care of the State for those who are attached to the podium every day.

Teachers at schools have increased training and improved their professional and technical capacity to meet teaching requirements in the new situation.

And especially Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on breakthrough in education and training development. The Resolution is considered a new revolution in the field of education, opening up unprecedented opportunities for the entire industry. This is not only a strategic orientation to raise people's knowledge, develop human resources, and nurture talents, but also a mission, responsibility and great honor for the Vietnamese teaching staff in general and Ha Tinh in particular.

In that context, the Ha Tinh education sector has been and is continuing to strengthen the work of fostering political qualities, improving professional capacity for the team of managers and teachers, and at the same time implementing modern educational models, focusing on students, strongly applying digital transformation, experiential learning...

Ms. Dang Thi Xuan, a teacher at Ha Tinh Specialized High School, shared: “We have constantly researched, learned, and improved our foreign language and information technology skills, while also accessing and applying modern teaching software.
