Provincial Police reporter introduces the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety

Delegates attending the Conference listened to provincial reporters disseminate and implement the laws passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 7th Session: Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety No. 36/2024/QH15; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools No. 42/2024/QH15; Road Law No. 35/2024/QH15; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Security Guards; Law on Organization of People's Courts No. 34/2024/QH15; Law on Social Insurance No. 41/2024/QH15; Law on Archives No. 33/2024/QH15... Along with that, listening to the dissemination of some basic new points of Decree No. 56/2024/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated July 4, 2011 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of legal organizations.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Thu Trang affirmed that these are important contents, with many new points adjusted by the laws to perfect the policy mechanism, overcome difficulties, obstacles, inadequacies and be suitable to reality. Therefore, after this Conference, leaders of agencies, units, localities, reporters, cadres and civil servants have plans and measures to promote propaganda, dissemination and transfer of the contents of newly issued laws and new regulations to cadres, civil servants and public employees in agencies, units and local people to know and properly implement the provisions of the law ; at the same time, regularly monitor, guide, inspect and urge the implementation within the scope of the sector and locality in charge to have timely direction measures.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to collectives at the commune level.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee of the Online Contest "Learning about land law and online public services in Bac Kan province in 2024" has summarized and awarded prizes to 22 groups and 24 individuals. The contest is one of the forms of propaganda, dissemination and legal education by applying information technology, creating conditions for organizations and individuals to promptly access new legal documents, contributing to raising awareness and sense of law compliance for all classes of people.

The contest will take place over 30 days, from October 1 to October 31, 2024, attracting 23,505 contestants (an increase of 397 contestants compared to 2023), including 19,509 contestants from cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces; 3,996 contestants from the province./.
