With the slogan "Adding more luck - Overcoming countless obstacles," the Pencil Team - the online "Exam Support" team - has reappeared on the "Exam Support - Dak Lak " fanpage since the beginning of April 2025.
To provide timely support to candidates participating in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, covering physical, mental, and knowledge aspects, and equipping them with the necessary skills before entering this important exam, the "Pencil Squad" continues to release helpful weekly series.
Specifically, the "High Score Exam Preparation" series introduces students to the "secrets" of exam preparation "experts" such as: "Effective Literature Learning" with Ms. Trieu Nguyen Huyen Trang - Lecturer in International Communication, Diplomatic Academy; "Don't Fear Math" with Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - considered a "mind mapping master," using mind mapping methods for mathematics; and "English Exam Preparation" with the "Pencil Squad" with special support from members of the Dak Lak Province English Club.

With the series "Good Health, Perfect Score," the "Pencil Squad" offers suggestions on nutritious foods, things to do and avoid for effective exam preparation, and effective solutions for maintaining a strong mindset before entering an important exam.
This year, the program also launched the "TikTalk with the Pencil Squad" series, giving contestants the opportunity to meet and chat with high-achieving students currently studying at universities across the country. This provides them with more options to build a more effective study plan and greater motivation in their journey to achieve their aspirations.
In addition, the "A Day as a Student" series, with its videos offering a realistic experience of a new environment – where candidates can "live" a day at universities across the country, from lecture halls, dormitories, and libraries to student life and extracurricular activities – is also very attractive and has drawn a lot of attention from candidates.
Le Thai Khanh Huyen, head of the provincial-level "Exam Support Team," shared: "With a completely online format, the provincial volunteer team has created a 'Pencil Squad' to support students anytime, anywhere, from advising on college application choices and answering admissions questions to sharing study tips and boosting morale. Whenever you need us, we will always be there to listen, share, and help you confidently enter the exam with the best possible mindset."
A week before the exam, to empower students to overcome the difficulties and challenges in the upcoming final stretch, the Provincial Youth Union organized an online exam counseling program with the theme "What to do to achieve high results in the high school graduation exam?". Through this program, students met with Dr. Huynh Anh Binh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Career Guidance Center, to receive advice and answers to their questions regarding health during the exam season; guidance on choosing majors for university entrance exams; and preparing mentally to achieve the best possible results. At the same time, teachers in the exam counseling team shared essential information about the exam and guided students on how to handle unexpected situations during this year's exam.
To provide timely support to students taking exams, this year's "Exam Support Program" continues to be widely implemented by the Provincial Youth Union with many new, creative, and effective features.
Accordingly, in addition to the "Online Volunteer" activities organized before the exam, youth union branches throughout the province mobilized students studying at universities and colleges; youth union members in communes, wards, and towns; 10th and 11th grade students from high schools; and volunteer clubs... thereby forming 45 volunteer teams with over 1,350 volunteers to support and assist candidates and their families.

During the peak days of the exam (June 25-27), volunteer teams were stationed at 33 exam locations, coordinating with functional forces to support candidates and their families through activities such as: guiding them to exam rooms, storing luggage, providing medical assistance, coordinating to ensure traffic safety and security at exam locations, distributing "Exam Support" handbooks and essential items, transporting candidates, cooking and serving free meals, and handling unusual weather-related incidents, accidents, and health issues. For students from impoverished families, those with difficult circumstances, or disabilities, the teams surveyed their needs and assigned tasks to members to develop specific support plans.
In addition, the program will organize a "Gen Z Takes the Exam" media campaign across various social media platforms, sharing stories related to the exam day atmosphere, livestreaming exam solutions, and sharing answers after the exams are completed.
"Following the success of previous years, the 'Supporting Students During Exams' program in 2025 hopes to create a great source of encouragement, instill confidence and positive energy in candidates, and join hands with society to create a safe and effective exam season," shared Ms. Phan Thi Trinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Provincial Children's Council, and member of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
