On January 11, the Executive Committee of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee, term XXI, 2020-2025, held the 25th conference to collect opinions on the draft Political Report of the 22nd Congress of Thanh Hoa City Party Committee, term 2025-2030. The Draft Political Report of the 22nd Thanh Hoa City Party Congress, term 2025-2030, evaluates the implementation results of the Resolution of the 21st Thanh Hoa City Party Congress and sets out the main directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2025-2030.

The draft also clearly states the theme, action motto and sets out the general direction, main targets, key programs, breakthroughs, and key solutions for the coming term.

At the conference, delegates assessed that the draft report had a reasonable, scientific and coherent structure; the topic closely followed the goals and vision of the city. It focused on and contributed opinions on the Congress theme; results of the implementation of the resolution, key programs, breakthroughs; shortcomings, limitations, lessons learned; contents on goals, directions, tasks and solutions for implementation in the 2025-2030 term.

Regarding existing and limited issues, emphasize the existing and long-standing limitations such as: appraisal process, granting of land use right certificates, encroachment on roadsides, environmental sanitation, etc. Regarding the general assessment, the goals and solutions for implementing key tasks and breakthroughs need to be clearly supplemented, with focus, key points, and specific goals and tasks to be implemented in the 2025-2030 term...
