Official dispatch sent to Nho Que 1 Joint Stock Company (the unit managing Nho Que 1 hydroelectric reservoir), Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative (the unit operating boats on Nho Que River) under the direction of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province.

Accordingly, in order to promptly serve tourists visiting, experiencing, and admiring Tu San canyon on Nho Que 1 hydroelectric reservoir, Meo Vac District People's Committee requested Nho Que 1 Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company and Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative to work to agree on a plan to continue transporting tourists in the hydroelectric reservoir. The results of the work between the two units will be sent to Meo Vac District People's Committee before 9:00 a.m. on September 20, 2023.
In addition, it is agreed to restore tourist transportation on Nho Que 1 hydroelectric reservoir, starting from 7:00 a.m. on September 21, 2023.
Any problems related to tourist transportation activities on Nho Que 1 hydropower reservoir will be continued to be considered by the District People's Committee for resolution within its authority and reported to the Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee for timely handling.
Speaking to Thanh Nien on the afternoon of September 19, Mr. Nguyen Phu Xuyen, Deputy Director of Nho Que 1 Hydropower Joint Stock Company confirmed that he had received a document from the People's Committee of Meo Vac district. He said that the hydropower plant always supports boats operating on the hydropower reservoir to see the Nho Que River and explore the Tu San canyon to resume operation as soon as possible, specifically September 21. However, because tourism activities are conducted in the area managed by the hydropower plant, there are high requirements for waterway safety...
Previously, on September 15, Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative suddenly sent a notice to temporarily stop transporting tourists on Nho Que 1 hydroelectric reservoir from September 16.
The reason given was that the People's Committee of Meo Vac district, Tu San Agricultural and Tourism Service Cooperative and Nho Que 1 Hydropower Joint Stock Company have not yet agreed on a temporary management plan for inland waterway transport activities serving tourists within the Nho Que 1 hydropower reservoir. At the same time, the passenger transport contract between the two parties has not been signed or renewed.
Therefore, in recent days, tourists coming to Ha Giang have no means to see Nho Que River and Tu San Canyon.
