Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed and issued Decision No. 1885/QD-UBND dated April 2, 2025 approving the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 419, section Km51+55 to Km53+552 (section coinciding with the economic development axis of Mieu Mon - Huong Son), My Duc district, Hanoi.

The project's construction investment scale is to renovate and upgrade the section of provincial road 419 that coincides with the economic development axis of Mieu Mon - Huong Son with a length of 2.592 km. The starting point is at Km51+55.00 of road 419 in An My commune; The end point is at Km53+647.30 of road 419 in Hong Son commune;

Roadbed cross-section scale B = 27 m; Including items: Site clearance; Roadbed, road surface, sidewalk, median strip, trees, cross-culvert, drainage system, roadbed embankment, return canal, return ditch, lighting, traffic safety and synchronization of other items.

This is a plain grade II road (According to the design standard for automobile roads TCVN 4054-2005), design speed V = 80 km/h; Axle load calculated according to road design standards: 10T axle; Design load of culverts and structures: HL93; Soft pavement structure, asphalt concrete road surface. Required elastic modulus Eyc ≥ 160 Mpa.

The project, invested by the People's Committee of My Duc district, has a land use area of ​​about 8.4 hectares, and will be implemented from 2025 to 2028 with a total cost of more than 330 billion VND.

When completed, the project will contribute to completing the planned traffic system, creating a traffic route with complete technical infrastructure to meet the living and travel needs of people in the area; reduce traffic congestion and create urban beauty for My Duc district. Promoting the strengths of road transport is short range, wide network, effective in collecting export goods and distributing consumer goods.

The route is part of the overall master plan of Hanoi City, so when completed, it will contribute to completing the traffic system according to the approved orientation and actively contribute to the socio-economic development of My Duc district in particular and of Hanoi capital in general.
