Information from the People's Committee of Tay Son district, the investment objective and scale of the project are to create land funds to attract investment from enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities in the area. Create jobs for local workers, improve income and raise living standards for rural workers, contribute to shifting the labor structure towards increasing the proportion of non-agricultural workers and the proportion of the industrial sector's contribution to the economic structure; increase budget revenue, promote economic development of the district.

Investment scale: Investing in technical infrastructure construction on the entire planned land area of 37 hectares, including main items such as: Leveling the ground; building internal traffic system; water supply and drainage system; wastewater collection and treatment system; power supply system; trees.

Total estimated project investment: 180,600,000,000 VND (One hundred and eighty billion, six hundred million VND). Of which: Preliminary project implementation cost (m1): 140,600,000,000 VND (Not including compensation, site clearance, land use fees and land rent); Preliminary compensation and site clearance cost (m2): 40,000,000,000 VND.

Investment period and progress: Expected implementation start date is in 2025. The progress of completing the entire Project is no more than 36 months (3 years) from the date the Investor is recognized as the Project Investor.

Project implementation location: Thuong Son village, Tay Thuan commune, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh province.

Current status of the land has not been cleared. Project duration: 50 years (from the date the investor is decided to lease the land by the Provincial People's Committee).

According to the People's Committee of Tay Son district, the land location for the project is in an investment incentive area.

Project implementation requirements: The investor shall deposit a deposit (or bank guarantee) to commit to arranging sufficient funds to ensure the acceleration of the completion of compensation, support and resettlement for the unit performing the compensation, support and resettlement tasks within 06 months (can be divided into several installments) from the date of being assigned by the Provincial People's Committee as the investor.

The dossier includes documents from enterprises, cooperatives, and organizations requesting to be investors in the construction of technical infrastructure for industrial parks (including a commitment not to violate legal regulations and to bear all costs and risks if not approved);

Investment report on the establishment of industrial clusters and a map determining the location and boundaries of the industrial cluster as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024 of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters;

Documents proving the investor's eligibility as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 464/QD-UBND dated February 12, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing Article 5 of Decision No. 2259/QD-UBND dated June 25, 2024 Stipulating criteria for selecting investors to register to implement projects to build and operate technical infrastructure of industrial clusters in Binh Dinh province;

Documents proving the investor's experience, financial capacity and related contents as prescribed in Appendix 2 of the Regulations on criteria for selecting investors to register to implement the project of Construction and business of technical infrastructure of Cau 16 Industrial Cluster (expansion), Tay Son district, attached.
