At the end of the first 5 months of 2025, Mobile World recorded revenue of VND 61,229 billion, an increase of 13% over the same period and completed 41% of the revenue plan of VND 150,000 billion in 2025. Of which, revenue from Dien May Xanh chain accounted for 44.6% of total revenue, revenue from Bach Hoa Xanh chain accounted for 30.8% of total revenue, Mobile World chain (including Topzone) accounted for 22.3% of total revenue and the remaining 2.3% of total revenue from other fields.
In terms of chains, The Gioi Di Dong and Dien May Xanh chains recorded revenue of nearly 41 trillion VND in 5 months, up 11% over the same period. In particular, in May 2025, these two chains recorded revenue of 8.4 trillion VND, up 13% over the same period, the growth momentum coming from products such as phones, tablets, laptops, televisions, washing machines, household appliances, etc.
Regarding the Bach Hoa Xanh chain, in the first 5 months of the year, revenue reached nearly 18.9 trillion VND, an increase of more than 19% over the same period. Of which, by the end of May, this chain had opened 410 new stores, exceeding the plan to open from 200 to 400 stores, more than 50% concentrated in the Central region.
In addition, regarding the store system, as of the end of May 2025, Mobile World owns 1,015 Mobile World stores (1,021 stores at the beginning of the year), 2,025 Dien May Xanh stores (2,026 stores at the beginning of the year), 2,180 Bach Hoa Xanh stores (1,770 stores at the beginning of the year), 326 An Khang pharmacy stores (326 stores at the beginning of the year), 62 AVAKids stores (62 stores at the beginning of the year) and 107 Erablue stores (joint venture in Indonesia) (87 stores at the beginning of the year).
Thus, the Company is expanding the Bach Hoa Xanh and Erablue chains in the first 5 months of 2025.
Another noteworthy point is that Mobile World has just approved the policy of implementing a program of issuing conditional stock options at its subsidiary, Bach Hoa Xanh Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company (the owner of the Bach Hoa Xanh chain) to key managers of Bach Hoa Xanh Investment to create a breakthrough motivation, recognize contributions and strengthen the connection with the long-term development goals of Bach Hoa Xanh.
In addition, at the 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mobile World, shared with shareholders about the Company's next capital raising plan after selling 5% of its capital to a foreign fund: "We have no plans to raise capital for Bach Hoa Xanh. From now until then, we are no longer in the loss-making phase, so we will only focus on developing and listing Bach Hoa Xanh according to our commitment to investors. When Bach Hoa Xanh is big enough, when it makes a profit of several thousand billion VND, we can wait until then to go public."
Regarding stock performance, MWG shares have recently recovered. From April 9 to June 23, MWG shares increased by 40.54%, from VND 46,250 to VND 65,000/share.
In addition, the increase in stock prices has also prompted leaders to sell shares. In particular, Mr. Pham Van Trong, member of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Bach Hoa Xanh chain, sold 94,700 shares to reduce his ownership from 0.22% to 0.21% of charter capital, trading period from May 20 to June 18.
