The Corporate Governance 2025 category is implemented across all enterprises in the VNX-Allshare index for the April 2025 period. This update makes the criteria set's requirements more challenging. MWG's Board of Directors (BOD) operates based on the principles of corporate governance according to best practices, to ensure the highest and long-term benefits for the company, shareholders and stakeholders. The roles and responsibilities of the BOD are stipulated in the Charter, Internal Regulations on Corporate Governance and the Operating Regulations of the BOD.
