Propaganda to celebrate the 260th anniversary of the birth of the great poet Nguyen Du

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has just requested Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee; provincial departments, branches and sectors; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and provincial socio-political organizations; and provincial press agencies to propagate the 260th anniversary of the birth of the great poet Nguyen Du.

In 2025, the 260th anniversary of the birth of Nguyen Du (1765 - 2025) - Great national poet, world cultural celebrity. This is an occasion to honor and pay tribute to Nguyen Du's great contributions to Vietnamese and world literature and culture; effectively promote the legacy of Great Poet Nguyen Du, contributing to building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity; building new people with compassion, responsibility and aspiration to contribute to the development of the country in the new era.

The 260th anniversary of the birth of the great poet Nguyen Du is not only an occasion to remember and pay tribute to a world cultural celebrity, but also an important activity, contributing to concretizing the Party's resolutions and conclusions on Vietnamese culture and people. This is also an opportunity for the political system at all levels to strongly innovate the content and methods of propaganda, bringing the humanistic and humanitarian values ​​in Nguyen Du's heritage deeply into social life, associated with building a system of national values, a system of cultural values ​​and standards for Vietnamese people. Thereby, contributing to fostering the spiritual foundation for a new era of strong, prosperous and sustainable development, where Vietnamese cultural identity is preserved and promoted in the flow of international integration.
