In the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone), the wind is level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9. The sea is rough.

The area between the East Sea and the sea from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau , the west of the South East Sea (including the sea west of Truong Sa special zone) has wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Rough sea.
