At the conference, delegates were quickly informed about the results of the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Delegates, term 2025-2030; thoroughly grasped the content and action program of the Congress Resolutions.

On this occasion, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association announced Decision No. 6656 of the Provincial People's Committee on allowing the merger of the Long An Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association into the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

The Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association was introduced at the conference.

At the conference, Chairwoman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association Dang Thi Phuong approved the results of implementing the tasks after the merger.

Accordingly, the Association has carried out a number of contents such as: Preparing documents to send to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to request to change the name of the owner of Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Magazine from Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Association to Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association, change the cover of the Literature and Arts Magazine; carry out procedures to change the name of the electronic information page vannghelongan.vn to vannghetayninh.vn starting from January 1, 2026; mobilizing the composition and evaluating the selection of 12 works of propaganda songs and vọng cổ songs to serve the propaganda and election campaign work in the province.

In addition, the Association implemented a plan to change membership cards, review and accurately update the list of members after the merger; and organized a creative practice session for artists.

In 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association plans to implement the following key contents: Organizing the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Congress and the Congress of 8 affiliated branches to be completed in the first quarter of 2026; continuing to exchange membership cards; training young artists in all fields; promoting patriotic emulation movements, continuing to respond to emulation campaigns to achieve achievements to welcome the success of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, political and social organizations at all levels; continuing to promote linkage activities, coordinating with departments, branches and localities in organizing creative camps, exhibitions, festivals, and professional seminars; enhancing the application of digital technology in promoting and popularizing literary and artistic works.

Focus on enhancing the role of the Association in gathering and uniting artists; promote the effectiveness of social consulting and criticism activities; actively participate in propagating the province's political tasks, contributing to building and developing Tay Ninh culture and people in the new period./.
