After a training trip in Hangzhou (China) with two quality friendly matches with the Chinese women's futsal team, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team returned to practice in Ho Chi Minh City from the afternoon of December 4 to enter the final stage of preparation before attending the 33rd SEA Games.
The team has 5 days left to prepare and is maintaining a serious training regime with two sessions per day without any additional friendly matches. The players continue to focus on adjusting their skills, perfecting their tactical framework and reviewing their personnel for the competition lineup.
According to the plan, the official list of the Vietnamese women's Futsal team participating in the 33rd SEA Games will be shortened on December 9. One day later, December 10, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team will leave for Thailand, officially starting their journey to conquer the regional sports festival.

In the group stage of the 33rd SEA Games Women's Futsal, the Vietnamese team will face Indonesia on December 12 and Myanmar on December 14. The whole team is determined to achieve the best results in the tournament.
The training camp in Hangzhou took place from November 27 to December 3, and the team played two friendly matches with the Chinese women's Futsal team. In the first match (November 30), coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team drew 2-2, and won the rematch 2-1 (December 2). These are considered quality matches, helping the coaching staff evaluate the effectiveness of the domestic preparation process as well as test optimal personnel and squad options.
Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said the coaching staff was “relatively satisfied” with the team’s fighting spirit and professional progress through the two matches: “Those were quality friendly matches, helping us test our ability to assemble the team, and at the same time see more clearly our strengths and areas that need improvement before the SEA Games.”
