Implementing Decision No. 1299/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2018 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Building a culture of behavior in schools for the period 2018 - 2025"; Decision No. 1895/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the Program "Strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle and arousing aspirations for dedication for youth, teenagers and children for the period 2021 - 2030" and Directive No. 08/CT-TTg dated June 1, 2022 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the implementation of school culture building nationwide, has attracted the participation of all levels, sectors from central to local, schools, social communities and students. In particular, educational institutions and schools focus on educating students about the nation's history, life ideals, etc. to concretize and implement the key goals and tasks of the Project and Directive.
Thereby, contributing to educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, lifestyle, life skills, law, behavioral culture, effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle and comprehensive educational activities for students; enhancing the role and responsibility of educational institutions, schools and the whole society in implementing the Government's Directives and Decisions on building behavioral culture in schools...

For Lai Chau province, propaganda and awareness raising work on building a culture of behavior in schools are focused on; developing and implementing a code of conduct in schools; innovating the content and methods of educating about cultural behavior in schools; improving cultural behavior capacity and capacity for educating about cultural behavior; strengthening coordination between schools, families and society... to ensure suitability and practical effectiveness. Of which, 100% of schools develop and implement a code of conduct in schools suitable to the actual conditions of the unit. 100% of managers, teachers, staff, students and pupils are propagated, disseminated and studied on issues related to cultural behavior, cultural environment in families, schools and communities (exceeding 10% of the plan). 100% of managers, teachers, staff, education union officials, youth union, and young people's team in schools are trained to improve their cultural behavior skills and have good capacity in organizing cultural behavior education in schools; are propagandized, disseminated, and learn about issues related to cultural behavior, cultural environment in families, schools, and communities (exceeding 10% of the plan). 86.2% of schools meet green, clean, beautiful, and safe standards. 100% of students participate in activities and are educated on cultural behavior in life skills, communication skills, self-service labor skills, etc. with diverse and appropriate forms and methods. 100% of students have improved their behavior in families, schools, and society.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Le Quan - Deputy Minister of Education and Training emphasized: Along with imparting knowledge, implementing and building a culture of behavior in schools is one of the key tasks. Therefore, the Deputy Minister requested educational institutions, families and the whole society to pay attention to forming and practicing cultural education skills in schools and society. Educational institutions and schools have plans to build a system of core values, from which to propose implementation solutions, including strengthening education on traditional culture of the Vietnamese people; cultural values in labor and production; spiritual values... to form people with cultural behavior skills in schools and society, meeting the development requirements of the country in the new situation...
