Hanoi FC held to a draw at home against HL Ha Tinh

(Dan Tri) - Although rated higher, Hanoi FC only managed a 1-1 draw against HL Ha Tinh at home stadium Hang Day on the evening of October 27 in round 5 of V-League 2024-25.

Hanoi FC has not played consistently since the beginning of the season, however, they can rise to the top of the V-League if they win big against HL Ha Tinh . Coach Le Duc Tuan fielded all of his most important players such as Hung Dung, Van Quyet, and Tuan Hai.

Right after the opening whistle, Hanoi FC pushed their squad up to press the field, forcing Ha Tinh FC to retreat to defense. The home team's pressure quickly materialized in the 14th minute.

From a corner kick, Van Quyet crossed the ball to the second line at a perfect range for Hai Long to shoot decisively from a distance. The ball hit a Ha Tinh player, leaving goalkeeper Thanh Tung helpless, opening the score 1-0 for Hanoi FC.

In the following period, the two teams played tit for tat. In that match, HL Ha Tinh showed the spirit of an undefeated team since the beginning of the season. In the 45+9 minute, Mbo Noel fired a decisive shot that defeated goalkeeper Van Hoang, helping the away team tie the score 1-1.
