Hanoi won the 2024 National Petanque Team Championship

Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Xuan Tai awarded prizes to 2 men and 1 woman.

Starting from November 7, the 2024 National Petanque Team Championship gathers more than 200 athletes from 16 delegations across the country, competing for 7 sets of medals, including: men's team; women's team; men's technical team; women's technical team; male-female technical team; mixed trio of 2 women and 1 man; mixed trio of 2 men and 1 woman.

On the closing day (November 14), the final of the technical team competition between men and women took place. As a result, the pair Vu Khang Duy and Trinh Thi Kim Thanh (Binh Duong) won the Gold Medal. The Silver Medal winners in this category were Nguyen Thu Huyen and Pham Le Quang Huy (Thanh Hoa). The Bronze Medal winners were two pairs of athletes from Quang Binh and Da Nang.

In the end, the host team Hanoi won first place with 02 gold medals and 02 bronze medals. Second place was Tra Vinh with 02 gold medals and 01 bronze medal; Binh Duong ranked third with 01 gold medal and 01 bronze medal.
