
To ensure that the reception and settlement of administrative procedures (AP) for people and businesses is continuous, smooth and uninterrupted, the City Public Administration Service Center announces the assignment of areas and scope of AP reception at Branches of the City Public Administration Service Center from July 1, 2025.

Branches of the Public Administration Service Center shall post and publicize the list of administrative procedures within the area and scope of receiving administrative procedures; organize the reception of administrative procedure records, return results of handling administrative procedures to ensure smoothness and compliance with regulations; propagate so that people and organizations can promptly grasp information and avoid interruption in performing administrative procedures.
During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, individuals and organizations should contact the Support Center of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center via 024.1022 - extension 7, 8 or 1900.1009 for timely support.
Feedback and recommendations (if any) from individuals and organizations sent via the Capital Digital Citizen Platform - iHanoi or phone number, Zalo, Viber: 0768.221.221 (Head of Inspection - Supervision Team) to be received and processed.
