Ha Tinh's public investment disbursement exceeds 16.4% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

Ha Tinh Department of Finance has just informed about the disbursement of public investment capital in the first 12 months of 2023 of departments, branches, sectors and localities.

The North-South expressway project through Ha Tinh is being accelerated.

According to the report of the Provincial State Treasury, the total disbursement value of the public investment capital plan in the province as of December 31, 2023 reached VND 9,982,201 million, equal to 116.4% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister (public investment capital assigned according to the Prime Minister 's decisions for 12 months of 2023 is VND 8,575,496 million) and 83.2% of the local implementation plan (the total public investment capital plan in 2023 of Ha Tinh has been assigned to localities and units is VND 12,001,606 million, including the previous year's source extended for payment to 2023).

Of which: capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels disbursed 6,379,055 million VND, equal to 91% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and 77% of the plan implemented by localities.

There are 46 localities and units with the disbursement rate of capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels reaching over 83.2% of the assigned capital plan, in which some localities and units have large amounts of assigned capital such as: Project Management Board for Construction Investment in the Provincial Economic Zone 89%; People's Committees of districts and towns: Can Loc 97%, Thach Ha 97%, Nghi Xuan 95%, Vu Quang 95%, Ky Anh town 94%, Huong Son 94%, Ky Anh 91%, Huong Khe 89%, Duc Tho 84%; other units: Border Guard Command 100%, Market Management Department 100%, Provincial Radio and Television Station 100%, Department of Transport 98%, Department of Natural Resources and Environment 95%, Department of Foreign Affairs 95%...

There are 28 localities and units with the disbursement rate of capital managed by ministries, branches and provincial levels reaching less than 83.2% of the assigned capital plan, of which 6 units and localities have not disbursed capital such as: Duc Tho District General Hospital; Compensation and Resettlement Council of Ky Anh town; Department of Health; Nguyen Du College; People's Committees of Cam My and Thinh Loc communes.
