The reason for adjusting the project investment is that according to the selected architectural plan for design implementation, the office blocks in the Concentrated Administrative Area are designed to be interconnected and need to invest synchronously in construction items to ensure the architectural complex and to not affect the operations of departments and branches when constructing the remaining construction items in the Concentrated Administrative Area.
On the other hand, after review, Hai Duong is now able to balance capital to invest in synchronous construction of project items in the province's Concentrated Administrative Area.
Early and synchronous investment in construction items in the Hai Duong Provincial Concentrated Administrative Area is necessary to meet the operational requirements of Party agencies, People's Council, Fatherland Front, National Assembly Delegation, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and socio- political organizations of the province, and to improve investment efficiency.
