Hai Phong: Granting environmental license to Van Xuan Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company

Recently, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City has granted an Environmental License for the Project "Hotel and Mixed-use Apartment Building in the Concentrated Administrative Area of ​​Hai Duong Province" in Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Phong City.

Environmental license No. 4592/GPMT-UBND signed by Mr. Le Anh Quan, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee on November 14, 2025, grants permission to Van Xuan Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to carry out environmental protection activities of the Project "Hotel and Mixed-use Apartment Building in the Concentrated Administrative Area of ​​Hai Duong Province" in Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Phong City (old address is Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province).

Type of production, business and service: Construction and business of hotel and mixed-use apartment complex. Land use area is 17,045m2.

Hotel construction project with a scale of 01 tower 26 floors high + 02 basements with the main function of accommodation services (about 300 hotel rooms) and additional service and commercial functions (restaurant, sports center,...).

Mixed-use apartment building with scale of 02 towers, each tower is 25 floors high; 02 basements with main function of apartments (about 460 apartments) and additional functions of commercial services, public offices (kindergarten, community activities, medical care , etc.).

According to this License, Hai Phong City People's Committee requires Van Xuan Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to only be allowed to carry out the licensed contents after completing the corresponding environmental protection works.

Regularly and properly operate waste treatment facilities to ensure that waste after treatment meets environmental technical standards; take measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; manage waste according to the law. Be responsible before the law when pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the requirements permitted in this Environmental License and must immediately stop discharging wastewater, exhaust gas, generating noise and vibration to implement remedial measures according to the law.

Correctly and fully comply with the environmental protection requirements in this Environmental License and the provisions of law on environmental protection.

Promptly report to the environmental licensing authority and local authorities if there are incidents at waste treatment facilities or other incidents leading to environmental pollution.

During the implementation process, if there are any changes different from the contents specified in this Environmental License, it must be promptly reported to the licensing authority. The term of the License is 10 years.

Also according to this License, Hai Phong City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the inspection of the implementation of licensing contents and environmental protection requirements for licensed Projects according to the provisions of law.
