Pursuant to Decision No. 1544-QD/TU dated October 11, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Dao Van Ninh, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Duong Kinh District Party Committee, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, to cease holding the position of Secretary of the Duong Kinh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025; transfer, assign, introduce candidates to participate in the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Pursuant to Decision No. 1545-QD/TU dated October 11, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Phung Van Thanh, member of the City Party Committee, Head of the Urban Committee, City People's Council to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Duong Kinh District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau affirmed that Mr. Dao Van Ninh and Mr. Phung Van Thanh are experienced officials with leadership and management capacity; have the ability to unite officials; and understand the political system and the grassroots situation.
The Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee requested Mr. Dao Van Ninh and Mr. Phung Van Thanh in their new positions to constantly strive, be proactive and creative in performing their tasks with a determined and innovative spirit, for the development of Hai Phong City.
