South Korean airline Jeju Air said today, November 3, that it will launch a new route on the Seoul - Da Lat route starting on December 20 with a schedule of 7 flights a week.
With the launch of this new Da Lat route, Jeju Air operates 7 Korea - Vietnam routes in a total of 6 cities, including Icheon (Seoul) - Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City and Busan - Da Nang.
Dalat is a favorite destination for Korean tourists.
The Seoul - Da Lat flight departs daily at 22:20 and arrives at Da Lat airport at 1:30 (local time) the following day. Conversely, the flight departs from Da Lat at 2:30 the same day and arrives at Seoul International Airport at 9:30.
"As the airline that operates the most Korea-Vietnam routes among Korean airlines, we can now provide more convenient and diverse options for travelers considering a trip to Vietnam," said a Jeju Air representative.
Jeju Air’s new route from Seoul to Da Lat is set to enhance convenience and improve accessibility for travelers. With the added benefits of discounted fares and numerous tourist attractions, Korean media reports that the enchanting city of Da Lat in Vietnam is now more accessible and attractive than ever.
Da Lat, located in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, is often called the "City of Eternal Spring" and the "City of a Thousand Flowers" due to its cool and pleasant climate all year round. A recent survey conducted by Skyscanner - a reputable global flight search platform, predicted that Da Lat will be the most searched tourist destination by 2024.
South Korean tourists are leading the number of international visitors to Vietnam. According to the National Tourism Administration, in the past 10 months, Vietnam welcomed 2.9 million South Korean visitors, ranking above China.
