DNVN - FPT Software has just signed a memorandum of understanding with ebm-papst - a global fan and motor manufacturer headquartered in Germany.
The ebm-papst Group, headquartered in Mulfingen (Germany), is a world- leading manufacturer of fans and motors with nearly 14,000 employees at 30 production sites including Germany, China, the USA and 50 sales offices worldwide.
Through this cooperation, the two companies also commit to working together to promote digital transformation and innovation initiatives to raise the standards of the fan and motor manufacturing industry.
FPT Software will support ebm-papst to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability in operations; apply IoT technology and Digital Twins (digital twins) to develop solutions to help ebm-papst create devices that simulate operations similar to real conditions, support data collection, predict potential problems to improve performance and optimize processes.
The signing ceremony took place at FPT Tower, Hanoi .
