Toyota Journey - Journey of Million Smiles" is the opening activity of a series of activities towards the 30th anniversary of Toyota's establishment and development in Vietnam. |
“Toyota Journey – Journey of Million Smiles” is inspired by the Toyota 5 Continents Drive, first held in Australia in 2014.

In that project, Toyota members will test drive different models, put themselves in difficult and harsh situations, absorb diverse cultural environments on 5 different continents with the aim of creating "better cars than ever", meeting the diverse needs of customers around the world .
In the Toyota Journey - Journey of Million Smiles, 10 hybrid cars of 5 models including: Camry, Corolla Altis, Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross, and Innova Cross with more than 100 members from Toyota Vietnam, employees of dealers nationwide, as well as experts from Toyota Asia, Toyota Japan will depart from the Toyota factory in Vinh Phuc , conquering 4 extreme points of Vietnam with a total distance of more than 5,000km and passing through 38 provinces and cities in 20 days from February 17, 2025 to March 8, 2025.
In addition to the goal of exploring and getting closer to Vietnamese culture and people, Toyota Hybrid cars will also demonstrate their ability to operate in diverse terrains, including the difficult and challenging terrains of mountainous areas or low-lying plains.

It is also the premise for feedback and improvement of product quality in accordance with the spirit of "Continuous improvement" to create better products to better meet the increasing needs of customers.
In the Vietnamese market, according to Toyota, Hybrid vehicles are currently considered a practical and suitable solution for current conditions thanks to the combination of two gasoline and electric engines, providing fuel economy, environmental friendliness, powerful operation and most importantly, not being limited by infrastructure and changing consumer habits.

Through Toyota Journey - Journey of Million Smiles, TMV wants to affirm that Toyota hybrid models can conquer different terrains with outstanding fuel economy.

“Toyota Journey – Journey of Million Smiles” is not only a journey of connection, but also a journey of spreading good values to the community. At Lung Cu Flagpole, Ha Giang – the northernmost point of the country, a special painting class will be held for children in the highlands. Accompanying the children is Le Khanh Linh – the contestant who won the Silver Prize in the Toyota “Dream Car” painting contest in 2012, bringing them an inspiring creative experience. At Vinh University – The delegation will visit the Toyota Technical Training Center, a joint project between Toyota and Vinh University to improve the quality of training in the field of auto repair. In particular, the exchange program will have the participation of Dr. Nguyen Van Trieu, a former student who received a Toyota technical scholarship in 2007, currently the Director of Materials Science, Danang University of Technology. In Phu Yen – The delegation will visit Tran Hung Dao Secondary School, a “Toyota Green Point” in the green school program. In Ca Mau – The final stop of the journey is Dat Mui 2 Primary School, where children have to go to school by boat every day. The delegation will present life jackets, books and many practical gifts. |
