The Bcons Binh An – Dong Tay project has an extremely favorable location, located right on Thong Nhat Street connecting with Hanoi Highway, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City National University. With favorable criteria in both traffic and infrastructure, the project area has been planned for development in science and technology and startups for young people in the coming period.
Leaders of Binh Duong province and leaders of Bcons group pressed the button to start construction of Bcons Binh An - Dong Tay project on June 28.
“ We hope that after the project is put into operation in 2028, it will contribute to the regional urban scale that has been shaped as a center for innovation, digital transformation and creativity ,” said Mr. Duong Kim Quan, General Director of Bcons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
In addition to the construction sector, education is the sector that Bcons is promoting with the B-school and B-uni education systems. By 2030, Bcons aims to establish more than 10 schools and a multidisciplinary university. On this occasion, Bcons Group officially announced the launch of the Scholarship Fund for poor students in the area.
“ With the estimated annual scholarship fund value of 5 billion VND, we hope to help poor students go to school and fulfill their dreams ,” affirmed Mr. Duong Kim Quan.
According to Mr. Quan, after 12 years of establishment and development, up to now, Bcons Group has 12 member companies and nearly 2,000 employees. The field of operation is an ecosystem of 5 main areas: Design - construction, real estate, hotel and apartment services, education, urban infrastructure development.
By 2025, Bcons has announced 14 projects and today is the 15th project to start construction. Of which, Bcons has handed over more than 12,000 apartments, and within 6 months the occupancy rate of the apartments after handover is 98%; operating 5 office buildings for rent, more than 1,000 serviced apartments and a complex of hotels. In the field of education, the group has established a school system from kindergarten to primary, secondary and high school.
In addition to the above figures, Bcons is currently constructing 5,000 apartments, more than 500 4-star hotel rooms, and will soon launch 2 more primary, secondary and high schools and a B-Uni university.
