On May 16, 2024, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Can Duoc district, term XII, organized a session of the district People's Committee to explain the issues that delegates and voters were concerned about between the two sessions. Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Van Dinh and Vice Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Van Ha chaired the session. The contents of the explanation session focused on the implementation of the conclusions of the Standing Committee of the District People's Council through thematic supervision, at the question and answer session between the two sessions in 2023 and the results of resolving voters' opinions and recommendations related to the fields of land and construction. The specialized branches of the District People's Committee explained, the District People's Council delegates questioned, and local leaders provided specific information and clarified related contents.

The content focuses on granting the right to use houses attached to land in resettlement areas; the establishment and annual tax information must be timely and accurate to notify the tax on non- agricultural land use rights in accordance with the current status of land users; the restriction of people on some land use rights in approved planning projects...

Each content was analyzed by the leaders of the District People's Committee and the sectors, clarifying the basis for implementation, the process of performing tasks of the competent agencies in each specific case, and the sequential procedures according to the law./.
