March 10 Square was colorful in the solemn atmosphere of the 120th Anniversary of the formation and development of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024), with the participation of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh , leaders of central and local departments and branches, and tens of thousands of people.

At the ceremony, Dak Lak province set three national records, including: The province with the largest coffee growing area in Vietnam; Lak Lake - the largest natural freshwater lake in Vietnam; Yok Don National Park - the place with the largest dipterocarp forest ecosystem in Vietnam.

Over the 120-year history of establishment and development, Dak Lak has grown strongly, the province's economy maintains a fairly high growth rate in the country; the value of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) ranks first in the Central Highlands region.

Tens of thousands of local people and people from neighboring provinces attended the ceremony to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the formation and development of Dak Lak province on the evening of November 22.

The delegates were former leaders of Dak Lak province.

From early morning, many people from old to young came to 10-3 Square to choose the best position to watch the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh noted that Dak Lak province must always identify the task of cultivating, preserving and strengthening solidarity among ethnic groups as the "key" to building an increasingly peaceful, prosperous and happy locality.

Despite the rainy weather, tens of thousands of people and tourists still gathered at 10-3 Square to watch the 120th anniversary of Dak Lak province's founding.
