The thematic exhibition “Image of President Ho Chi Minh in the Vietnamese revolutionary press” introduces to viewers nearly 150 documents and artifacts focusing on 3 contents: President Ho Chi Minh - Great journalist, Founder and builder of the Vietnamese revolutionary press; image of President Ho Chi Minh in the Vietnamese revolutionary press; image of President Ho Chi Minh in the hearts of Vietnamese journalists.

During the revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, he founded and built the Vietnamese revolutionary press. For nearly 100 years, since the first issue of Thanh Nien newspaper founded by him, the history of our country's revolutionary press has gone through many arduous but extremely glorious stages, becoming a sharp weapon in the struggle for national independence and national reunification. On that journey, the image of President Ho Chi Minh has always been solemnly honored on every page of the newspaper, a symbol of faith and aspiration: "Independence - Freedom - Happiness".
The exhibition introduces to the public many valuable documents: Vietnamese revolutionary press through the periods, especially the press in Thua Thien Hue from 1945 to 1975 with many prominent newspapers such as: Quyet Thang, Chien Si, Tay Tho, Thong Nhat, Giai Phong... with the image of President Ho Chi Minh simple, close to the people. Or the press collection with many issues of Nhan Dan, Quan Doi Nhan Dan, Ha Noi Moi... reporting on the funeral and commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh in 1969.
Each image, letter, poem, article, appeal… of his on the newspaper pages deeply imbues and spreads noble historical, cultural and humanistic values, demonstrating the affection and selfless sacrifice of President Ho Chi Minh for the Vietnamese people and the people's steadfast belief in him. The exhibition lasts until January 15, 2025.
