In the province, in addition to the traditional crops that have previously formed concentrated areas such as coffee, sugarcane, and rubber, concentrated production areas have now been formed, with a scale of hundreds of hectares each, for crops such as fruit trees; cold-climate vegetables and fruits. Up to now, in the province, there are about 20,000 hectares of crops applying science and technology; there are 02 high-tech agricultural areas and 04 high-tech agricultural enterprises.

The application of technology in production is increasingly popular in the province, mainly automatic and semi-automatic technology in watering, fertilizing, and caring for crops; biotechnology in the use of microbial products to produce fertilizers and manage plant pests; a few units have applied membrane house and greenhouse technology and IOT smart technology in production. Technology for producing plant varieties by means of plant tissue culture; methods such as grafting, cuttings in seed production have been widely applied./.
