Ho Viet Trung reveals his life as a "single father", hoping his daughter will fulfill his dream

Appearing on the program "Vietnamese Family Home" recently, singer Ho Viet Trung confided about his life as a single father raising children with his daughter.

According to the singer of "Letter to My Child", he loves his child because she had to grow up in a situation lacking a mother's love. Since his daughter was 1 year old, he had to raise her alone.

Being a single father of a daughter makes Ho Viet Trung feel overwhelmed when taking care of his child. However, now that his daughter has grown up and knows how to take care of herself, he feels more relieved.

Loving his children, the male singer always tries to arrange time to spend with them. Despite his busy work schedule, he still arranges time to be with his daughter.

Ho Viet Trung revealed that before the day of filming, his daughter called him because she wanted to go out for the weekend. He rushed from Binh Phuoc back to Ho Chi Minh City to take her out.

According to the male singer, he realized that his daughter had an artistic bent when she liked listening to music and watching her father's comedy videos from a few years old. He also exposed her to art early on when she appeared in his music videos. As for Ho Viet Trung, he wants his daughter to follow in his footsteps.

"There are many things that I have not been able to do until now, so I really hope that in the future my children will do them for me and fulfill my bigger artistic dreams," the singer said, adding that he once dreamed of doing a live show when he was in his twenties. At that time, he was young and healthy, but he could not do it, so he was full of regret.

Meanwhile, live shows usually last for several hours. Singers have to dance, sing and do many things. His current health does not allow this, so Ho Viet Trung wants his daughter to continue and do a grand live show. His wish was agreed by his daughter and she promised to make her father's dream come true.

Participating in the program "Vietnamese Family Home" to help children with difficult family circumstances, the singer of "You are mine" affirmed that she will let her daughter watch the program and explain to her that there are many difficult lives in life. She is very lucky to have her father to take care of her.

"I hope my daughter will understand and try to study hard and become successful. Later, when she has a job and earns money, she can help those in difficult circumstances around her," he confided.

Ho Viet Trung was born in 1983, his mother and uncle are both cai luong artists, so from a young age he showed his passion for music. He was involved in art early, but it took 16 years for Ho Viet Trung to really be noticed by the public. He is known through many musical films such as "Rescue the Lady", "Don't be angry with me", "The Most Important Person"...

Ho Viet Trung was once married to hot girl Mi Van. The two have a daughter together, nicknamed Xi Muoi. In 2017, the two "went their separate ways" because they could not find common ground. In 2018, the couple announced their reunion, but then decided to break up. The male singer took responsibility for raising the daughter while his ex-wife went to find new love.
