Miss Vo Cao Ky Duyen knows how to listen and mature after 1 year of coronation

(Dan Tri) - After 1 year of being crowned Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024, Vo Cao Ky Duyen said her life has changed significantly. The beauty said she has matured both mentally and physically.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter after 1 year in office, Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024 Vo Cao Ky Duyen said she has learned to slow down and listen more.

“The past year has been a very special journey for Duyen. Before, I could be a bit hasty and think too much about myself. But after being crowned, I learned to slow down, listen more and think more deeply before acting.

Every word, every decision carries responsibility not only to oneself but also to the community and the title one carries on one's shoulders," Ky Duyen shared.

The beauty from Hai Phong affirmed that the responsibility of the title of Miss is not a burden, but a motivation that helps her live with goals and direction.

That responsibility is demonstrated through her always trying to appear neat and professional in every event, while being more aware of maintaining health, cherishing time with family and spreading positive energy.

In her role as Miss Vietnam Global Tourism, Ky Duyen actively promotes the country's image.

She recalled memorable memories when participating in Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland: “I introduced images of Vietnamese cultural heritage, cuisine and people, especially the hospitable, gentle but strong spirit of Vietnamese women.

For me, every smile, every greeting in Vietnamese in a faraway place is a way to bring the image of my country closer to international friends."

Regarding the result of stopping before the top 24 finals at the international arena, Ky Duyen considered this a valuable experience: "Although the result was not as expected, that journey was a valuable experience for me. I learned to be more confident and how to behave flexibly in the international environment."

"To me, growing up means knowing how to accept, trying, and constantly moving forward," she continued.

Talking about community activities, Ky Duyen especially sympathizes with people in disaster areas: "I lived right at the center of Typhoon Yagi a year ago, so I understand very well the feelings of loss and hardship of everyone. Although I could not go directly to the place because of my schedule, I tried to send a part of my heart to share."

She asserted that those experiences made her appreciate peaceful life more and live more deeply every day.

To maintain her form, the beauty queen said she always balances work and health.

“I always believe that health and spirit are the foundation of all success. Despite my busy schedule, I still try to spend 30 minutes a day doing yoga or jogging. When the body is healthy, the mind is also clearer,” she said.

Regarding her future orientation, Ky Duyen affirmed that she will prioritize knowledge improvement after finishing her term: "After my term, I want to spend more time studying - first in the economics major I am studying, then foreign languages ​​and finally in image and communication. I believe this is an important foundation for sustainable development."

Miss Vo Cao Ky Duyen expressed her wish to become a confident, knowledgeable, compassionate young Vietnamese person, ready to spread good values ​​to the community.

Vo Cao Ky Duyen (born 2005) is a beauty from Hai Phong. She was crowned Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024 and won the right to represent Vietnam at Miss Supranational 2025 (stopping before the top 24).
