Hoa Lu launched a campaign to promote and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance on the occasion of the National Social Insurance Month.

On May 10, in Ninh Hoa commune, the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in Hoa Lu district organized a launching ceremony to propagate and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance on the occasion of the National Social Insurance Month.

Implementing the social insurance and health insurance policies, the District Steering Committee and communes and towns have closely coordinated with the Social Insurance agency to strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of policies and benefits for social insurance and health insurance participants.

Guide, urge and inspect the organization and implementation of the development of voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants in communes and towns, striving to exceed the targets assigned by the District People's Committee.

With flexible and creative solutions suitable to the actual situation of the locality, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system has contributed to increasing the rate of participation in social insurance and health insurance over the years.

Up to now, in Hoa Lu district, there are about 10,000 workers participating in social insurance, accounting for about 45% of the labor force; there are 69,514 people participating in health insurance, accounting for 93.78% of the population.

People in the district have gradually changed their awareness, actively participating in propaganda about voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies.

During the National Social Insurance Month this year, Hoa Lu district strived to mobilize 223 people to participate in voluntary social insurance and 303 people to participate in family health insurance.

The district steering committee and representatives of the provincial Social Insurance presented social insurance books and gifts to people participating in social insurance.

At the launching ceremony, the District Steering Committee and representatives of the Provincial Social Insurance presented social insurance books and gifts to 10 people participating in social insurance; rewarded 3 collection staff with good achievements and conducted mobile communication on roads, markets, and residential areas in the district.
