Hoang Thuy Linh welcomes the new year with a MV full of Vietnamese Tet spirit

On the first day of Lunar New Year, Hoang Thuy Linh released the MV Ha Phom . She said this is a sincere New Year's greeting, a thank you to the audience and music lovers at the moment of entering the new year with many new plans.

Ha Phom is a composition by musician Khac Hung, included in the album Link . Hoang Thuy Linh and her team placed this song at the last position in the album as a conclusion to Link's emotional journey.

Director Kawaii Tuan Anh, screenwriter Minh Chau, Creative Director Lanzi, stylist Hoang Ku... created brilliant images and the flavor of Vietnamese Tet in this MV.

“Tet is always the time when we all try to rest the most, recharge our batteries for future plans. I believe that no matter how far away we go, or where we are on the globe, for our people, Vietnamese Tet is still the most beautiful Tet in everyone's heart,” she expressed.

Hoang Thuy Linh said that during the two years of preparing for the album as well as the new MV, she learned a lot from observing and feeling all the energy around her. Ha Phom is a chess game that she is playing with herself, struggling with the negative and unstable parts of herself, overcoming the turning points of life, moving towards good things.

The singer said: “Just like the way we welcome a year gone by with any results, the end of the year is always the days when everyone wants to experience a sense of peace, think of good things, to welcome a truly happy new year. Therefore, Ha Phom is the gift at the beginning of the year that I want to send, stay proactive in life, be ready to welcome new things that are coming and fear nothing.”

At the 25th Green Wave Awards Ceremony in 2022 at the Hoa Binh Theater (HCMC) on the evening of January 5, Hoang Thuy Linh and her crew continuously "won big" with 5 categories, including: Top 10 favorite songs ( See love), Song of the year ( See love ), Mix and arrangement ( See love ), Album of the year ( Link) and Female singer of the year. Notably, in the category of Female singer of the year , Hoang Thuy Linh won with an overwhelming vote rate.
