HUTECH ALUMNI JOB FAIR 2025 was held on a large scale on March 20

The festival is jointly organized by the Center for Business Cooperation, the Alumni Association, the Entrepreneurship Club and the school's Faculties/Institutes. Gathering nearly 150 prestigious businesses led, managed or currently holding important positions by alumni, with nearly 7,000 recruitment positions in various fields, this is a meaningful connection opportunity, where alumni accompany the younger generation in their journey to conquer their careers.

Developing a business ecosystem with alumni and young human resources

Talking about the significance of the festival, Dr. Vu Van Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Dai Viet Construction Investment, Supervision and Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, Chairman of HUTECH Entrepreneurs Club said: “The festival has a special highlight that after graduating, alumni who have taken up job positions at prestigious enterprises return to the school to support the younger generation. This not only demonstrates the success of generations of students in the labor market but also affirms the strong bond between alumni and the school, contributing to the HUTECH house in the career of cultivating people”.

HUTECH signed cooperation with 06 businesses at the festival

Not only a place to connect recruitment, the festival is also an opportunity to connect alumni businesses with each other and with the School, creating a strong connection towards the goal of training quality human resources for society. At the event, HUTECH signed cooperation agreements with 06 businesses, continuing to expand internship and employment opportunities for students according to the training strategy closely linked to practice that the School has pioneered and actively promoted in recent times.

Students confidently apply, alumni appreciate the new generation

Thousands of students preparing to graduate from more than 60 training majors at the school have applied and interviewed directly at the business booth in a variety of positions such as Production Technician, Store Manager, Consultant, Customer Relations Specialist, Architect, Construction Engineer, etc.

Not only applying and interviewing directly at the booth, you also have the opportunity to interact with alumni representing businesses and listen to their experiences, skills, and specific requirements of each job position, etc. Thereby, students have a comprehensive view of the profession, completing their career preparation to enter the future labor market.

Wishing to apply for a recruitment position at Eurowindow Joint Stock Company, Tran Duc Anh, a 4th year student majoring in Business Administration, said: “Coming to today's festival, I have fully prepared my CV and necessary certificates. Before that, I participated in training sessions on skills to conquer employers, through which I feel more confident when coming to interviews at the booths. I am really impressed with this festival because it gathers many businesses with alumni of the school, this creates opportunities for me to connect, as well as learn useful knowledge from seniors to succeed."

Commenting on the students when interviewed, Mr. Nguyen Huu Duy - Former student of Class 2007, Interior Design, Director of Zen-D Construction Furniture Company Limited, gave many compliments: “I see that students today are very dynamic, much better than our previous generation. They have broader knowledge, access to technology, access to the innovation of the times. In recent years, HUTECH has trained generations of multi-disciplinary and multi-professional students in all fields.
