According to the Hoi An City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, after 15 years of launching, the city now has 501 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models registered and 501 specific models have been recognized in the fields of: Party building and political system; economy; culture - society; security - defense.
The "Smart Mass Mobilization" models have mobilized many resources in society, encouraged people of all walks of life to actively respond and participate, had positive social effects, created a ripple effect in the community, contributed to innovation, improved the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, well implemented the goals of socio -economic development, maintained national defense and security, and built the political system at the grassroots level, and cared for the lives of local people.
To date, 199 groups and 107 individuals have been commended and rewarded by the People's Committee of Hoi An City and the People's Committee of Hoi An City. The Provincial People's Committee has also awarded certificates of merit to 1 group and 2 individuals in Hoi An with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skillful People's Mobilization".
Speaking at the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Huynh Thi Thuy Dung highly appreciated the impressive results in mass mobilization work in general and the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in particular of Hoi An City in the past 15 years. Especially in the field of socio-culture, Hoi An has had many good models (accounting for 342/501 models) to promote the typical tradition of Hoi An people - honest and kind-hearted, contributing to the construction and development of Hoi An in the direction of an ecological - cultural - tourist city as set out in Resolution 31 of the Provincial Party Committee.
The leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee also requested Hoi An to continue to promote and make more efforts in mass mobilization work in the context of solving the major challenges that the city has faced and will face due to the characteristics of a heritage city.
The conference also listened to presentations on good and typical models that have created a great impression in the work of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the city in recent times.
On this occasion, Hoi An City People's Committee also commended many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" and awarded the "For the cause of mass mobilization" medal in 2024 to 2 individuals.
