The Association donated money to support the purchase of 05 breeding cows for 05 members who are victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in difficult circumstances in Mo Duc and Long Phung communes, each cow worth 12 million VND. The funding was supported by the charitable group of Professor, Doctor of Science - People's Teacher - Doctor Phan Thi Phi Phi in Hanoi .
