Seminar on advisory work on drafting legal documents

In recent times, the work of drafting and promulgating legal documents in the province, especially since the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2015, has been directed by agencies, departments, branches and local authorities to promote activities and improve the quality of consultation. The organization of law-making has been carried out more seriously and scientifically; the quantity and quality of legal documents under the authority of the People's Council and People's Committee at all levels have been improved and expanded in content; increasingly meeting the requirements of state management by law and the tasks of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense, security and social security in the locality.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates presented papers on the work of advising on the development and promulgation of legal documents at units and localities. At the same time, they raised issues that are still incongruous, existing, and limited in the process of advising on legal documents.

Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Building legal documents is an extremely important activity in creating a system of rules of conduct, maintaining and ensuring order and discipline in social life and state management.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of building and perfecting the system of legal documents in the coming time, he requested that departments, branches, sectors and localities continue to promote their roles and responsibilities in advising on the building of legal documents; overcome shortcomings and limitations; build a team of cadres and civil servants working on the building of legal documents to ensure that they meet the requirements of professional qualifications and capacity; promote the role of heads of agencies responsible for advising on the building of legal documents. Strengthen monitoring, urging and inspecting the work of advising on the building of legal documents; synchronously implement solutions to ensure the quality of building documents.
